Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 August 2026 · Applies to pulseforge.ie

Before you publish this. These are website terms. They are not the partnership agreement — that is a separate contract signed before any work begins. Fill in the bracketed address and have a solicitor review both documents. Once PulseForge is incorporated, add the registered name, registered office and CRO number here — a limited company must state them on its website.

1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by PulseForge, based in Ireland. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Our contact address is [BUSINESS ADDRESS].

2. The site is information, not an offer

Everything on this site is provided for general information about what PulseForge does. Nothing here is a binding offer, and submitting an application does not create a partnership or oblige either of us to enter one. A partnership exists only once both parties sign a written agreement.

3. Earnings figures are illustrative

The calculator and every revenue figure on this site are worked examples. They show the arithmetic of a revenue share applied to numbers you choose. They are not a forecast, a projection, or a promise of income.

What you actually earn depends on how many people subscribe, what you charge, how many stay, and factors outside anyone's control. Many creators will earn less than the examples shown. Some will earn nothing. You should not make financial commitments on the basis of these figures, and you should take your own financial and tax advice.

4. The revenue share

The splits described on this site — 75% to the creator on the standard tier, and 60% above 25 subscribers — describe our current commercial model and are stated for information. The terms that bind us are the ones in the signed partnership agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this page if the two ever differ.

5. Applying to partner

When you submit an application you confirm that:

  • the information you give is accurate and about you;
  • you are at least 18 and can enter a contract;
  • the accounts and audience you describe are genuinely yours.

We may accept or decline any application without giving a reason.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site unlawfully or fraudulently;
  • submit false applications or impersonate anyone;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
  • interfere with the site's operation, including automated scraping that degrades service;
  • introduce malicious code.

7. Intellectual property

The PulseForge name, logo, site design, copy and code belong to PulseForge. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Your brand stays yours. Anything you supply to us — name, logo, content, audience — remains your property, and an app we build for you is branded as yours. The specifics are set out in the partnership agreement.

8. Third-party links

Links to other sites, including our social accounts, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

9. Availability

We try to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, or anticipated savings arising from your use of this site or from reliance on the illustrative figures on it.

If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that these terms do not affect.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
